If it were legal there would be no issue.

You can look at this in three ways. Morally, the government should not be telling people what to do no matter what the cost. If you're for the nanny state, that's sad, but we're not going to come to agreement on that.

Then there's the practical way to look at it. Prohibition has failed to stop this black market for 40 years. That PSA is five years old and hasn't slowed anything down. If anyone in Washington were serious about this issue they would end prohibition to take away the terrorists funding.

Then there's the snide slippery slope argument. Oil money causes Terrorism. You going to ban that too?

You can look at it in terms of practicalityRobbohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09984590019244936669noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7863581843088370950.post-14632016254490754822011-12-13T22:16:14.441-05:002011-12-13T22:16:14.441-05:00Isn't the use of drug money to support terrori...Isn't the use of drug money to support terrorists another reason to punish those who purchase illegal drugs? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AVQnbNspHskAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
