Now that the nation's short-term budget problems have been 'solved,' Washington is moving on to the longer-term picture. The Republican's vision for the long-term budget, or the 'Ryan Budget' (after main author Paul Ryan of Wisconsin) has been dubbed by its authors as 'The Path to Prosperity.' So is it? UPDATE: Stand by for Democratic response to this plan; President Obama plans to address the nation Wednesday from a yet-to-be disclosed university in the District with alternatives.
