Anyone interested in continuing the Obamacare analysis party should check out Professor Neil Buchanan's blog post on Chief Justice Roberts' decision. His analysis on the matter is not so different from mine (if more eloquently stated) and is a fairly (though probably reasonably) cynical take on the whole affair.
