A New Reason to Avoid Sexting?

Will Americans be as likely to send half-naked pictures of themselves over phones if those pictures will be saved in a government data base? Of course the government wouldn't only be saving sexts if law enforcement agencies get their way, but I would think that is one category of message that people would think twice about if ... ... well ... perhaps people wouldn't be thinking...
