After Long Wait, Warren Given the Keys to the Car

After no small amount of speculation, Elizabeth Warren's appointment to the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will be announced later today. Rather than head the agency, Warren will serve as the architect of the new body, allowing her to bypass what were certain to be a tough run of confirmation hearings.
