PSA: Supreme Court Upholds AZ Immigration Law
Today, the Supreme Court upheld an Arizona law that allows authorities to sanction businesses that hire illegal immigrants in a 5-3 decision. In just the latest of a recent string of laws and practices in the border state that have faced national scrutiny, the High Court found that 'federal immigration law does not preempt Arizona from suspending or revoking the licenses of businesses that violate state immigration law.'
